I help women heal their relationship to food and their bodies by ditching diet culture, healing gut issues and tapping into intuitive eating.


It was a combination of gut problems and body shame that drew me to nutrition. I was chronically constipated, and both everything and nothing caused me to bloat. It was not uncommon that I would go days and even WEEKS without a bowel movement. 


As returned to school for nutrition, I went down every possible rabbit hole to heal the root cause leading to my chronic constipation. And with everything I tried, I had a little win in my digestion. It was a journey of trial and error but an important one, as it allowed me to help YOU today. Gut issues are complex, and we must have patience with them!


Flash forward to today - I am never bloated and I have daily BMs without assistance from stimulants. I have figured out my food sensitivities and am working towards healing them. I have improved both the diversity and balance of my gut microbiome with food and lifestyle changes that will last me a lifetime. And most importantly, I have come to understand the critical impact of stress on my gut, and have incorporated daily practices that hold me accountable.
