HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE A FOOD SENSITIVITY?
Some common symptoms include:
Gastrointestinal: bloating, abdominal pain/discomfort, constipation, diarrhea, gas
Mental: brain fog, anxiety, depression, irritability, migraines, headaches
Skin: acne, eczema

CAN I BE ANONYMOUS?
You will benefit most from the Elimination Club if you engage in both the Facebook group and the coaching calls.
