The #eliminationclub is a group coaching program where the group collectively conducts an elimination diet to determine their individual food sensitivities. Everyone eliminates gluten, dairy, eggs, corn, soy, refined sugar and alcohol for 3 weeks, and is then guided through the reintroduction phase to determine their food culprits.

I help women heal their relationship to food and their bodies by ditching diet culture, healing gut issues and tapping into intuitive eating.
I struggled with chronic constipation and bloating for years! It was not uncommon for me to go days, if not weeks, without a bowel movement. This drove me to study nutrition, and while completing my training I went down every possible rabbit hole I could find to determine the root cause of my gut issues.
One very powerful rabbit hole was food sensitivities. I had completed an IgG blood test and the only foods I was highly sensitive to were green peas and kidney beans - which I never ate! My list of "moderate" sensitivities was long, so long that I did nothing with that information and tossed it aside as "inconclusive."
I periodically eliminated certain foods from my diet to troubleshoot my gut troubles. Gluten here and there. Dairy a few times. But again, nothing conclusive.
Then finally, I completed a TRUE elimination diet. I eliminated gluten, dairy, corn, soy, eggs, refined sugar and alcohol for 3 weeks, and then reintroduced them one-by-one.
I was FLOORED by how different of an experience it was. Eliminating these common culprits all at once while reducing inflammation in the body by getting rid of sugar and alcohol has a powerful and revealing effect! I learned that DAIRY was my food sensitivity and was not only contributing to my gut issues but was directly tied to the acne I had been struggling with all of my life.
Now my skin is clear, I am never bloated and I have BMs on the daily.

There will be 4 live Zoom coaching calls where you will have a mini-lesson, Q&A and some group coaching.
Recipes & Replacements
You will be provided Angell Kelly recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner to take the guesswork out of how to eat delicious food while eliminating common food culprits. You will also receive a list of replacements for the foods you love dearly.
Worksheets & Templates
Following each coaching call you will have homework to complete to keep you engaged in your food sensitivity journey.
Throughout the elimination and reintroduction phases, you’re going to have questions! You will have access to Angell Kelly to help you navigate this unknown terrain, and to troubleshoot anything that comes up.

HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE A FOOD SENSITIVITY?
Some common symptoms include:
Sinus congestion or coughing that does not go away
Gastrointestinal issues like bloating, abdominal pain/discomfort, constipation, diarrhea, and gas
Mental health difficulties like brain fog, anxiety, depression, irritability, migraines, and headaches
Skin flair-ups including acne, eczema and general rashes
WHAT IF I CANNOT MAKE A COACHING CALL?
Key points from the coaching calls will be summarized in the private Elimination Club Facebook group. You are also welcome to pose any questions you may have to either the group or your Health Coach at any time.
CAN I BE ANONYMOUS?
You will benefit most from the Elimination Club if you engage in both the Facebook group and the coaching calls. While it is possible to set up an alias account, if you are uncomfortable sharing in a group setting perhaps one-on-one coaching would be a better fit.
