We’ll start by exploring what intuition really is — and what gets in the way of hearing it. You’ll learn the simple foundation of intuitive connection and experience a guided meditation to open your channel and tune into your inner voice.

Everyone receives guidance in a unique way.
This session introduces the "clairs" — the intuitive languages of seeing, hearing, feeling, and knowing — so you can begin to recognize your natural strengths and how your intuition speaks to you.

Before we can trust our intuition, we must release the stories that tell us not to. Together we’ll gently uncover and clear the limiting beliefs that block your guidance — and create space for deeper self-trust to emerge.

In our final session, we’ll explore how to bring intuitive guidance into everyday life with courage and confidence, then practice trusting what you receive in a supportive circle.
